Robin Harpe

Robin Harpe came to the Gainesville | Alachua county, FL area in 2002 for a Start Up greenfield cement manufacturing facility responsible for building the HR department from scratch and creating the initial plant manning strategy.   Originally from Bristol VA | TN she relocated to Birmingham, AL before moving into the Gainesville, FL community.

After twenty years in Human Resources, acquiring top talent, coaching, mentoring, developing hundreds of people, and building strong community partners; Robin left her comfort zone in the corporate world and founded, Navigate Your Life, a successful career coaching and HR consulting firm in 2007.

Robin Harpe is a versatile proven coach, consultant and educator known for penetrating wisdom and compassionate humor experienced in building relationships with strategic partners, developing businesses and utilization of technology for goal achievement.  An Author, Motivational Teacher and Certified LifeSuccess Consultant she is committed to helping individuals BE more, DO more and Have more.
